Inquiry/Order process
- Click on one of the Inquiry or Order links above
- A form will open in a new window
- Fill in the relevant lines in the Inquiry or Order form
- Press "To Confirmation Page" at the bottom of
the page
- A new page named "Verify Inquiry Information" or
"Verify Order Information" appears
- Check the information entered
- If you need to correct some information press the
"Back" button
- If the order is OK, press "Submit Inquiry" or
"Submit Order"
- A few minutes later you will receive an e-mail named
"Inquiry Registration" or "Order Registration"
Please note:
- JavaScript must be enabled in your browser to use the Inquiry/Order
forms.
- HTML processing must be enabled in your mail client to view
formatted emails.
